You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, contains false information, or is involved in repeated fraudulent or abandoned orders.

4. Products and Orders

• Product images are photographed as accurately as we can manage, but colours can appear differently on different screens. Minor variation between the photo and the item you receive is normal.

• We describe sizes, materials, and measurements as carefully as possible. Errors can still occur. If a product does not match its description, you may return it under our return policy below.

• Listing a product on the site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

• All products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.

5. Pricing, Cancellation, and Rejection of Orders

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The price or product information was displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error

• The item is out of stock

• We cannot verify the order or reach you on the phone number provided

• We suspect fraud, coupon abuse, or resale in breach of these terms

• The delivery address is outside our service area

Where a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding. You may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

You may cancel your own order at no cost any time before it is handed to the courier. Once it is dispatched, cancellation is handled as a return.

6. Payment

Payment must be made through one of the methods offered at checkout. We accept the payment options shown on the checkout page at the time of ordering.

For cash on delivery, payment is due in full to the delivery agent at the time you receive the parcel. Refusing a COD parcel after it has been dispatched may result in your account being restricted from COD in future.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver every order as quickly as possible. Delivery times quoted on the site are estimates and depend on courier schedules, your location, stock, and conditions outside our control such as weather, strikes, or public holidays.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because nobody was reachable or the address was wrong, additional delivery charges may apply to a second attempt.

8. Returns and Replacements

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Report wrong, damaged, or defective items on the day of delivery, with photographs, so we can resolve it quickly.

• Replacements depend on stock. If the item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, a store credit, or a refund.

• Delivery and COD charges are generally non-refundable, except where the fault was ours.

• Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including innerwear, socks, and cosmetics, unless they arrive sealed and faulty.

9. Discounts and Coupons

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Coupons cannot be combined with free-delivery offers.

• Where a payment gateway or bank is running its own discount on your transaction, our coupon discounts will not apply on top of it.

• Coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

• We may cancel orders and void codes where we detect coupon abuse, such as multiple accounts created to reuse a single-use code.

10. Acceptable Use

When using this website, you must not:

• Post or submit unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or misleading content

• Place fraudulent, fake, or deliberately abandoned orders
